  1. For pasta? Hard to beat a quick carbonara: diced bacon (or pancetta) rendered out, reserve some drippings and saute from onion, garlic, and frozen peas, toss cooked pasta in pea/onion/garlic/bacon mixture, stir in 1 or 2 egg yolks and hit with fresh grated parm and black pepper. Hit with parsley if desired. Job done.

  2. Cool, I’ll make sure I have that one on my phone as well. If I can find the additional ingredients for one or the other, will try one of them tonight.
