Depends. How compressed?
Got home after my lesson around 12:30pm, got baking in earnest about 1pm. Interleaved a few other things as I worked, such as laundry and prepping bottles for bottling day. I have one pizza left to finish and two loaves of spent grain bread after that. Need to leave here at 5pm, likely to be close but doable.
Yeah cutting it close for sure. I really want to try that bread one day
Push comes to shove, I can throw the bread dough in the fridge and bake it after we get back from family dinner. If by try, you mean taste, there will no doubt be some on hand on brew day. If by bake, just bring a container, only need a few cups per batch.
I ment taste do to household food allergies
I’ll make sure there is plenty on hand at the next brew day.
Thank you sir.
