Preparing to Rack

Primary fermentation on my latest beer, A Sprig of Grass, is done. I ordered a new vessel and some other needful other gear to rack the IPA in the next little bit, to help the end product be more clear. In case you missed it, I wrote yesterday about what this beer represents to me,

  1. That London ale yeast is a brute. It’ll be another week or so before the new carboys arrives, then I’ll condition and dry hop for another couple of weeks, at least, before bottling. With the extra fermenter, next brew day is no longer contingent on bottling the last batch, so still thinking about mid-June for the next beer.
