You are a better man than I, Dave. I don’t think I could give up beer, even for the intake period on a new diet. BTW, congrats on the progress so far and hope it continues to go well!
If I wasn’t losing a lot of weight, it would be harder to stick to because it is a privation for sure. Seeing results I don’t want to hamper adds to the resolve.
Fair enough though you were pretty up on not feeling deprived when you talked about it on your show, recently. Did you just not think of beer or had it not progressed when you recorded that to the point where you felt deprived?
Smartest damn thing I seen all day!
Beer!
Please beer
Beer!
Beer!
Beer dammit!
Magical words!
The hardest part of my eating regimen is NO BEER! 2.5 more weeks and I can have it again.
Dave how long have you been a terrorist? 😉 #Merica! #Freedom #BEER #notserious

I don’t feel it all the time, just in the evenings when I think “Now would be a good time for … oh, yeah.”
And this is not a physical thing like hunger, it’s psychological.
Gotcha, I can relate to that, from my own past attempts at dieting.
Wait, just to be clear… Beer?
BEER!
BEER!
(Compliance!)
(In progress.)
Um, I’m late to the party, but yes, BEER!
The most intelligent conversation I’ve seen on FB in years.
Beer.
I just revisited this, in the Swedish Chefs voice. Because my brain went there.
Bëer.
