I had a cocktail called a Fawlty Basil in Vancouver at place called the Revel Room. It had vodka, muddled grapes, simple syrup and fresh basil. I really liked it I’ll have to figure out how to recreate it. I’m not really a cocktail kind of person though.

I keep coming back to just beer or straight whiskey but I like to try interesting or unusual cocktails, especially with local ingredients.
I would’ve been just a beer drinker, but I fell in with some Scotch drinkers.
