An example of one of my recent health motivated changes. We have been eating mostly plant based for a few years. We decided recently to work on making that entirely plant based, withy an emphasis on whole food. This Beyond brat is a good stepping stone. Dressing it with fresh, grilled veggies is helping me shift the focus from the brat to the veggies which will allow me to change to an even better option to replace the highly processed brat.
