Sparge volume and gravity were about right on the nose. Left maybe a gallon in the mash tun but collected full boil volume.

New larger hoses were a little tricky but worked really well during mash recirculation and fly sparge.

Added 9.2oz of DME to make up lost efficiency in the mash, most likely due to pH.

Incorrectly hooked up the hop back after the plate chiller. The plate chiller should always connect from out to a vessel. Always. If I can remember that, it will help me connect the pumps and hop back on the right side of the chiller every time. Lost half a gallon while re-configuring hoses. Lost another half gallon trying to get flow through the wort side of the chiller while it was incorrectly connected.

Deliberately increase bittering charge to offset lose of isopolymers due to hot break. This is based on current reading. Increase tried here was only 50%, from 1oz split between the two hops to 1.5oz, still split evenly. Accidentally used a full 1oz in the whirlpool, simply forgot to measure out the .75oz originally planned.
