More than a little bit of all right. Pale ale is my go to style for this kind of weather and Bet the Farm is a beautiful example of the style from @brookevillebeer.
A day off from work, gorgeous weather, and a desire to support local craft beer resulted in an enjoyable drive to pick up pizza and four packs from Brookville Beer Farm.
Joined Kenny and crew for a double brew day yesterday. First brew was another batch of our collaboration, A Pleasant Country, which you can see here in the sight glass. Look for this batch in March. Always a delight to work and spend the day with everyone at @brookevillebeer.
Spotted on my morning commute on Georgia Ave. So tempted to follow them instead of continuing on to work. Made me smile, regardless. @brookevillebeer
Finished bottling some of this year’s batch of A Pleasant Country, my collaboration with @brookevillebeer, only wanting labels. Can’t wait to have a vertical tasting. Taking a break before heading out to Revive! in a few hours.
Heading out to @brookevillebeer in a bit for their 3rd anniversary. Looking forward to enjoying our collab once again, as well as more of the amazing Summer Storm, plus whatever other goodies they have in store. Couldn’t ask for better weather.
Cellar work in the pilot brewery today. Deep clean of both draft lines then tapped this, A Pleasant Country, my collab made at @brookevillebeer. Next up, packaging and tapping my English IPA.
Mr. Borkmann at @brookevillebeer is mad, beautiful genius. Do yourself a favor and try Summer Storm.
Finally picking up a keg of this year’s batch for the home kegerator.
So nice, I had it twice.
