I only have one fermenter left with something brewing. Time to figure out what I want to make next–my usual English IPA or something new?

Just finished kegging this year’s batch of mild. @marylandmalt base malt and some of their trial roasted malts. Beautiful color and delicate flavor. Cannot wait to share.

Almost done, a few more minutes in the whirlpool then a stand and transfer to fermenter. Quick blast of O2, pitch the yeast, and it’s beer.
