Always glad to have all my fermenters full.
3 kinds of hops for the jacket as a happy yeast starter looks on.
Love the color on this batch.
Still have a few pours of the Burton Ale left on the other tap and a new beer going on tap soon.
Rye bitter is kegged. Burton ale is racked into a fresh vessel. Just need to clean draft lines and used vessel, then done.
Dropped off comp bottles, picked up supplies. Now grabbing quick lunch before home to keg then rack.
List of chores in home brewery today: drop off bottles for comp, pick up supplies, keg rye bitter, rack Burton ale.
Nothing like waking to see a thick, healthy krausen on the beer I made yesterday. No blow off, either, despite very full vessel.
