This one is going to be hard to give away. Even as a green beer, I am very proud of how clean and delicious this kolsch turned out. Only thing for it is to re-brew the recipe for my own kegerator.

Kolsch
And there it is, the next pilot batch for @marylandmalt, a kolsch made with 100% of their malted barley.
Draft lines cleaned and keg washing away now. Should have the kolsch I made for the tasting center at @marylandmalt kegged and carbonating in the next little bit. Then off to @brookevillebeer for a bit.
Almost
All the equipment is clean and set out to dry overnight. The fermenter is on the chiller on its way to pitching temperature. Almost done.
Reward
Ahead of schedule and almost done. Time for a reward, my IPA with Belma hops, and to relax.
Janet
Hop jacket assembled and ready to go. Filled with rice hulls today to filter only before the wort hits the plate chiller.
Boil
More important than usual for this recipe to get a nice, strong boil.
Chiller
Another new technique I am trying today, sanitizing my plate chiller by pumping near boiling water through it for 20 minutes.
Wort
About halfway there. I find I get best efficiency when I lauter and sparge nice and slow.
Target
First runnings tasting and looking great. Everything on target. As a reward, a splash of @sagamorespirit in the sample, so good.
